A Message from the Executive Director & Founder
After havin
g spent over six years in the childcare sector, I have recognized a number of conflicts in the Industry. Hunger as well as a lack of quality and affordable childcare programs are just some of the conflicts to which an alarming number of children are faced with on a daily basis. To respond to these issues, a group of individuals have come together to form We Did It!-an innovative, non-profit organization that supports the needs of children and families in a variety of different ways.
At We Did It! we will be attempting to respond to Industry issues by consistently working one-on-one with children of all ages, while exposing them to new learning opportunities that they may not otherwise get to experience. We also plan to implement a Meal Program that will help reduce child hunger by providing our Meal Deal participants with a daily hot and healthy breakfast in our facility, as well as a bagged lunch to take with them to school .This is a unique program to the School-Age Industry, and one that we are excited to offer.
At We Did It! we believe that all children should have an equal opportunity to learn despite any financial burdens that families may experience. Our people have made a pledge to support the needs of children by providing them with quality and affordable programs that are located in a unique and structured environment.
